This is a courtesy translation. The company is established in Brazil and the Portuguese version of this policy is the binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese text prevails.

This policy describes how W - AI Soluções Tecnológicas e Serviços LTDA, company ID (CNPJ) 66.648.895/0001-83, headquartered in Brasília, Brazil, handles the personal data collected on this website (www.wai.tec.br), in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 — the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Data processing that takes place inside W-AI's apps and platforms is governed by their own documents, presented when you sign up for each service.

1. What data we collect

1.1 Data you give us

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect:

• your name;
• your e-mail address;
• your phone number (optional);
• your company name (optional);
• the subject and content of the message you send.

1.2 Data collected automatically

Our servers record technical access information — IP address, date and time, pages visited, browser type and operating system — in log files kept for information security and diagnostics, as required by Article 15 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014).

2. What we use the data for

• Replying to you and continuing the commercial or support conversation;
• Assessing partnerships with shops, importers, producers and suppliers;
• Keeping the site secure, preventing fraud and abuse;
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use data submitted through the form to send promotional messages unless you ask us to.

3. Legal basis

Processing of form data relies on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I), given when you submit the form, and on preliminary procedures related to a contract (art. 7, V) where the contact has a commercial purpose. Access logs are processed on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II) and the legitimate interest of security (art. 7, IX).

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Sharing happens only with:

• infrastructure, hosting and e-mail delivery providers acting under our instructions and bound by contractual confidentiality;
• public authorities, where there is a legal request or court order.

5. Cookies

This corporate website uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We only use browser storage strictly necessary for the pages to work — currently, your theme and language preferences. If audience measurement tools are adopted in future, this policy will be updated and a consent notice will be shown.

6. How long we keep it

• Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, after that, for up to 5 years, as a record of the commercial relationship and for the defence of rights;
• Access logs: 6 months, as set out in the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework;
• longer periods only where required by law.

7. Security

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect the data: traffic encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, access restricted to authorised personnel, a server firewall, regular system updates and a backup routine. No system is infallible — in the event of a significant security incident we will notify the data subjects and the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) as required by the LGPD.

8. Your rights

As a data subject, you may at any time request:

• confirmation that processing exists, and access to your data;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• portability, under the applicable regulation;
• deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
• information about who we share your data with;
• withdrawal of consent.
