Diagnosis before proposal
A fixed quote built on a misunderstood requirement loses money on both sides. First we understand the business; then we talk about scope.

W-AI is a Brazilian technology company. We build tailor-made platforms for businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf software — and we keep those platforms running once they go live.
W-AI did not start by selling hours. It started by building its own products — and finding out, in practice, what separates a system that works from one that creates work: bank and tax integration, data you can trust, a backup somebody has actually restored, an operation that doesn't stop on switchover day.
Those scars became a method. Today we apply the same sequence to other people's projects: understand the whole business before proposing, get the legal framing right before coding, deliver in tested modules and stay close after go-live.
We build from the database to the screen because the quality of the result depends on controlling the whole chain — and because a client needs a single point of contact when something goes wrong.
A fixed quote built on a misunderstood requirement loses money on both sides. First we understand the business; then we talk about scope.
Never the other way round. If the operation has an odd rule that has worked for ten years, the software learns the rule — it doesn't force the company to change its routine.
Tax requirements, ancillary obligations and privacy law go into the design. Efficiency that creates a liability isn't efficiency, it's debt postponed.
Short sprints, modular deliveries and continuous testing. The client sees and approves module by module — go-live is not discovery day.
We work with tax records, customer data and consumption behaviour. We collect what is needed, explain how it is used and treat privacy law as the floor, not the ceiling.
A living system changes because the operation changes. We keep watching real behaviour and adjusting whatever use reveals.
The company was formally incorporated after the software — the first ecosystem was already being built before the first document was signed.
A new project, an operation that outgrew its systems, tools that refuse to talk to each other, press or partnerships — the door is open.
